JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential heating and cooling repairs to our customers, as well as helping our customers make informed and confident buying decisions when replacement is needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We have multiple job openings and are looking for both experienced technicians and technicians that are new to the field. We know that it is ultimately our people that make the difference, so if you have the right work ethic and mindset, we are willing to train you! You must be drug-free and have a clean driving record.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats. You will be collaborating with team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Electrician with Pronto, you will be responsible for the design, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently, safely, and professionally, along with having excellent customer communication skills. This is a full-time position working Monday thru Friday.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous HVAC knowledge and experience are a plus but are not required to be considered for this position. You will work with Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning’s Master Electrician as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Plumber with Pronto, you will be responsible for the install, service, and repair of residential plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with state plumbing codes. You will diagnosis plumbing-related problems and code violations and recommend and implement the appropriate repairs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You will work closely with Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning’s Master Plumber at times but also be working alone on projects. You will be responsible for running service calls, installation of equipment, repair or modification of residential equipment, and other duties as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a CSR with Pronto, you will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers for service-related information and assisting customers with booking appointments. You will also assist the team with completing rebate paperwork, installation follow-up packets, equipment registration, pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and various administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You will work closely with the Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning office team. At times you will be focused on individual projects with strict deadlines. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, responsible, and a problem solver.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Shipping Associate with Pronto, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. You will also process and organize inventory, pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for shipment, and maintain a safe warehouse.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hours are Monday-Friday with a rotating on-call weekend schedule. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude! HVAC knowledge/experience is helpful but not necessary. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
