Dear Sir,

I would like to take a moment to thank your employee Matt Brust for “service above and beyond the call of duty”!

The back-story: You installed our Magic Pak Combo Furnace & Central Air in July 2012 during an urgent situation. We hadn’t even moved into our condo when the AC went out in the middle of July with many updating workmen trying to get things done.

We called our trusted installer from our previous home, but since he didn’t work the Edina area, he HIGHLY recommended you. We felt that was a pretty good recommendation from one professional to another, so we didn’t even bother to get a second bid. We were not sorry! You put in a rush job and got it installed quickly, efficiently and cleanly so our updating workmen could get back to work as quickly as possible. We were VERY pleased.

Because of your great service, we requested an Annual Maintenance Agreement with you and have been very pleased with the suggestions and service we’ve received since 2012 (especially when we saw the much higher price another HVAC company was charging the Grandview Square Association for the same work!) Keep up the good work!

But what I REALLY wanted to have you thank Matt for was this:

I have a very serious lung disease and air quality has become an increasingly important feature. So, at our winter home early in 2015, I called Matt because I trust him and because he’s smart. Also, because I knew he would follow through. Boy, was I right!

Matt began to research the very best possible solution to my problems and after many, MANY phone calls and emails, I felt comfortable with him installing two systems on our furnace without us even being in Minnesota!! How about that for trust?! Installed sight unseen. I felt with the systems functioning for one month prior to our arrival, the six months of dust accumulation would be removed as much as possible and I would know within 24 hours how effective the systems would be for me.

Yes, the two systems have been VERY effective. I’m going to need further measures because of the seriousness of the lung issue, but it’s helped tremendously.
